How much room do you need to work?

We will need enough room to get the doors fully open and a spot for our glass rack. We do work for a lot of auto repair shops so we are accustomed to working in small areas.

How do I prevent my newly installed windshield from leaking?

Please take these precautions FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS:

  1. Do not take your car to a car wash.
  2. If tape is used to prevent movement of glass while curing, it can be removed after 1 hour. The tape is specifically designed to prevent paint damage, but it is still recommended to pull slowly to prevent paint damage.

What kind of warranty do you provide?

Every auto glass replacement is covered by a lifetime no-leak guarantee, with the exception of the evidence of rust.

Stress breakage is warranted for 90 days.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured.

Do you help with insurance claims?

Yes, we assist with insurance claims if you have coverage. We work with Family, Intact, Coast Capital, and many more private insurance companies.

Can I watch the installation process?

Yes. We don’t have anything to hide while we complete the replacement of your auto glass. As long as you are a safe working distance away from the vehicle, you are free to watch. Also, some of our clients enjoy seeing the processes and techniques employed while the replacement is being done.

What type/quality of auto glass do you install?

We only use OEM or OEE replacement auto glass. The main difference between OEM and OEE glass is the OEM part features the logo of the manufacturer (Ford, Mercedes, Freightliner, etc.). The auto glass we carry complies with all government, industry and safety standards.
